Shooting children of all ages is what I do most often. You will find I am patient with the children and let them talk and show me their personality. They have time to get comfortable with the surroundings and if they need a break, we will stop and blow bubbles, have a snack, or they can  have a little cuddle time with mom. However, sometimes the best pictures come soom after they arrive because they haven't figured out yet that they can get down and run around. We all want your child to enjoy their portrait experience so please arrange for them to have enough sleep, a full belly and a stress free ride to the portrait session. A little bribery helps sometimes as well.
